Dwell on the Good Things

Dwell on the Good Things

I often wonder if the great speakers and motivators of our day have their low points. I already know the answer to be yes, but they seem to hide it well. I guess seeing a sad Tony Robbins might not be very motivational.

The overall point is that even the most positive of people have their bad days. I’ve definitely had my fair share of depression and low points.

What matters most is that we refuse to dwell on negativity.

Look for those good points and treasure your good days. Dwell on those and find a positive focus.

What good things can you dwell on today?
